Enchantment items now showing

Hello,

I am having a wierd issue in which enchantment items do not show up in the enchantment interface.

This only applies to certain armors, not all of them.

The same pieces of a set can be enchanted just fine, except upper armors which don't show a enchantment item, even though there is a enchantment item assigned to it in the database.

Just set the ReqVg value to 0 for all armors.

This seems to be it, thank you for your suggestion.

I didn't test it yet, but the unenchatable armors have a ReqVg value of 9, while all others have a value of 0.
