Help in enchant perfect lapisia

iv'e recently changed \ShaiyaServer\PSM_Client\Bin\Data\ItemEnchant.ini
but it gives 100% rate on all Lapisia items include Power/Def Lapisia such as Perfect Lapisia
Just wanted to separate Perfect Lapisia and Normal Lapisia enchant rates on blacksmith

it come like this
Normal Lapisia: low-high chance will fail
Perfect Lapisia: no fail

i need any answers tnx !!!

could this be what you're looking for?

i dont believe editing the itemenchant will help you out with your issue as that effects all lapisia i think.
