[HELP] Name already in use

Hello everybody! It's me, once again xD.

I got an error "Name already in use". I searched around for any fixes, and I found some codes and executed them, but still the error is not fixed, I can't create new character because all names are already in use.

Could you atleast tell me how to fix it, or even if there is another one code please paste it if possible. I tried to fix it by myself but it was unsuccessful.
