Hello,

today i'm starting development of a brand new shaiya cms innovation. My custom CMS will be as oop as possible, that customizing templates, appending new systems out of a pool in customers backendpanel and so on. The CMS for Shaiya will not costs that much. (I thought about ~50 € for example)

At this point i need someone to explain me the most important properties of Shaiya. Also i need an up to date database of Shaiya with full tables, as i can't develop for a game without a database.

Also interested in developing with other developer/webdeveloper together to speed up the development progress.

When you have wishes, suggestions, problems with current features and so on, just leave a comment in this thread with your desire and i'll take it on my list to append it to the cms. Also post a comment if you have any suggestions to increase the reward of helpers.

Discount on the cms and custom template

I'm not sure about anyone else around here but if I'm investing time and effort into a project then not only would I want the completed project for my own use but also a cut of the sales. I find it a bit unfair to request another person's assistance then charge them AND sell their work to boost your own profits in the end.

I understand your consider but you have to know it will be fully object-oriented, fully secure, dynamic and so on, so it will take a long time ( i think about 100-200h of development) to create the projects basic.

The single extensions (new systems) can be bought in the customers panel and the person who made the proposal will get the extension for free.

Also not everyone is able to create this system in an object-oriented, secure, dynamic format, so can i develop it for them.

I think this is very fair, not?

List of ideas

1. Search Engine - Used to search and obtain various bits of information for each part of the server including maps/mobs/items/characters. This would also list associated info like where items drop, mobs/maps and such.
2. Web based Auction House / Trading Post - Players are able to trade among themselves on the site
3. PvP Ranks with advanced details on the players
4. GRB Rankings with advanced details on the guild AND the members
5. Client element implimentation for display purposes - Modals (3d if possible), icons, minimaps
6. Admin panel able to alter characters/accounts/items/mobs/and if possible maps which will require decompile and compile services
7. GRB Timer system - generic counter / advanced with highlights for time frames like pre-start/post-start indications
8. Accurate boss timer system - can use the same plugin as the GRB timer to track time but will use a different set of rules
9. Character build simulator. Allow a user to see what the recommended builds are and/or editing of associated items to see the resulting effects on the build
10. 3d Modal details of items/ general objects using HTML5 features
11. Detailed Map Guide tuned to the individaul server build - A "standard" one exists and is already widely used
12. Implementing parsing of INI files within the server files themselves to obtain association data not contained within the default DBs.
13. Voting system that is as tightly secured as possible.
14. Daily Prize Reward system
15. Event planner/display - Should include a reward delivery system as well
16. chat system using DB info rather than user input (generic)
17. forums tuned to Shaiya and not an add-on like phpBB
18. Linking / Reroll systems - Either instant stat GM or random stat it doesnt matter
19. Live Bless tracking - the faster and more details the better. Server default doesnt live update this in the database. It has a few minute delay.
20. Site / game linked Notice system for rewards
21. Reward delivery system using bank / gift box
22. Siggy / Banner / Avatar system to generate server related information as a signature for forums. Character info / Server status / Guild information / Basic Advertisement banners (generic or user generated)
23. Server stats in detail (player and admin) - Last restart / Uptime / Logs (admin)
24. Advanced webmall using the search engine along with a functional cart system containing a full readout of the contents.

I challenge you to make this without duplicating data in a database as a professional would. Developers have access to resources that can allow things like Maps as CSV which means you dont need a database for map data, you can use php's built in functions to parse the information. This information is static. I would recommend memory storage as a variable like session or using acp_store(), recommended, and store the data as a JSON string. This will speed up the site use of this information greatly and prevent having to constantly update tables in the server to make the edited csv information we already have available to the site.


P. S. You asked me if I would like to work with you on this in a chat we had. If you remove a person they cannot reply using the same method of communication previously used. It doesnt look too good to request I join in this and then remove me. I gave you plenty of ideas and Im sure they are both listed in my list here and will be made so I am already in this as far as ideas which already grants me access to the resulting project according to leading post you edited.

For sure you will get all these things i promised, when i finished development.

Actually i'm really thinking about doing this project in another section, as it seems you and your dev team already have something like that in a professional way, so it will be useless to create a new one, just for creating it.

I'll think about, but when i'll develop this cms you will get what i am promised.
