be happy that you don't have to smoke.. instead have thoughts about the need of smoke, realize that's a you don't need it and WOW, without the life is so wonderful!!
I stopped to smoke since 2 years now and be happy without is the best way to don't be attempted again! if i have thoughts about, just stop myself and have a thought like: wait, I don't need to smoke and that's great!
