Python Keyerror 'NpcName' [help]

Hello friends, I hope some of you can help me with this problem that filling my patience.

And the next, I'm using python27 to edit an NPC's file, this NPC's I want to add the attack lapisias and defense, but I can not because of this error (KeyError 'NpcName'), I have done some testing, if I do not edit the file the error does not appear, more if I edit any comma that is, it appears this error above.
Already researched on the Internet nothing helped me.

If you have another way to where I can add lapisias NPC's I would like to know, even if it is easier than python. kkkk
