[HELP] F11 - target bar stays

Pressing F11 is supposed to hide the whole interface - mine hides everything except the target window/health bar.
I've looked through all settings and can't find anything there
Anyone know how to fix this?

5.1 game.exe offset is 00435E05.

This isn't a bug, this is just how it's always been. So in terms of a "fix" there isn't one, but I'm sure it can be implemented.

Anyone know how to implement this? I've seen it done on other servers but I can't figure out how.
