[Request]Blacksmith Cap removal (ep 6.3/5.4)

Cant seem to find the address for the successrate cap for ep 6.3 game exe and 5.4 ps_game.exe dont seem to be similar code as 4.5

anyone know these addresses? and also how do you even find static values in cheatengine/olydbg when they dont change?

its called reverse engineering. not that hard.
