[HELP]ERROR 10053 AVALIABLE CHAR NAME 6.3

Can anyone help me to fix the problem when i check the name it give to me error 10053 and disconnect me

whose ep6 files are you using?
with the ep6 files by shen, and the cracked ones by juuf they include a database fix (query) for that.

i used the files of juuf and shen and it doesnt work...

im using ep 6 datbase and files from juuf and shen1l i cant fix it

with the cracked files from juuf, he provided a folder named "sql". in that folder you will see a query named "available char name" if you run that it should work fine. i am running a ep6 server and i do not have that issue.
