Did you actually search? It took me 10 seconds to find an upload of them in a search. I've uploaded mine which include; Auction House (42), Apulune (35) and Iris (36) which would be the Ep4 xmas patch.

I have been searching and the few of them i actually found was not working for EP4.5... Also tryed the Halloween patch and same goes for that one.
