As snick says, still not entirely sure what you are asking. Thought you already managed to get the server on-line with a virtual machine, just do the same for the VPS, but with their IP.
Best to try run the server and post here each log file for us to see the results.

Well, the logs show it's not connecting to your Database with user Shaiya and pass Shaiya123.
Check/confirm you have that account/credentials in your SQL (under security tab)
If all are set to 127.0.0.1 then it's a local connection only as well, so only the host pc will be able to connect (with a local ip game.exe)
From what i said before though, your config ini files are slightly different to what i've usually seen. You have extra lines of data there compared to mine. I used Omega's files, but that was years ago, however i don't remember the configs looking like that.

His problem was that the SQL Server was installed with a named instance and the server IP was set to whatismyip.com, i have reinstalled it for him with the default instance, set the right server ip and it started.
Check TCP port 1433. That needs to be open for remote access to SQL. TCP port 1434 may also be needed, that's for the SQL Browser.
And when connecting remotely, if you are set to have named instances, other than default. Then you must connect like

The logs you originally posted show that the server is failing to connect to the DB though, that's why the confusion. It looks like your asking 1 question, but showing problems linked to another
I also had same problem, I choose default instance setting while installing MSSQL Server 2008 Express Edition, but instance name was SQLEXPRESS instead of MSSQLSERVER. So I just updated all db ip (in ini files and Server Patch Config to "127.0.0.1\SQLEXPRESS"

Habe sogar da ich dachte das meine Änderungen einfach fail sind, ein Resource Backup draufgespielt als noch alles ohne Probleme...
