Neph Tried to fix that problem with TeamViewer, but we still cant. i've already re-installed Windows and SQL... After dat, i've followed his guide (for 3th time) and now i can connect to 127.0.0.1. But servers still pause after few time. My logs now are:

you havent give privliges for this user on the database you might wanna check the rolls

U mean that about "check" every databases privileges at "server functions" and "usser mapping" in each db, i've already did it...

He did everything, I checked it via TeamViewer, I guess its because he runs 2 Server Files in 2 different folders and/or maybe some problems with sql 2005. However, the files are okay.

then check if the database is acceptiong conection try see if a resgister script can make an account if it carnt then its the database connection or connectivity

Everything done, as mentioned the problem lies in running 2x Server-Files instead of running 1 which causes problems. However, I'll fix that laters for him.
