[HELP] Appearance problem

Hi,
I have a little problem with gears.
I have 2 clients (1 FR and 1 US)
On the US client,all is ok.
And on the FR client,some gears have not color (it's white)
I took the file "Character" on the US client and I made a patch for the FR Client.
But the problem is still present.
Have you got a solution to fix it ?

Basically your experiencing a visual bug? The gears are able to be equipped and used, linked etc? Is it one faction of gears that are white or all?

Yes they can be linked and equipped,it's just white.It's not all equipment,just some gears.

I would say the problem is in the .dds files for the upper armor in that picture. Generally if the armor piece is invisible its the .3dc. So my guess is the .dds.

Check the .MLT file of that upper armor and see if the unknown column is 0 and change it to a 1. Save apply and see if it fixes it. Also manually import the .dds, .3dc and mtl for that exact armor and see if it fixes that specific armor.

A little trouble shooting goes along way, id check it after each change to see which one fixes it.

Did you apply an SQL script as well?

Don't need a SQL Script for that,graphic = client

That is to say open up extracted data folder from your US client, with SHstudio and go to item.sdata and then save it and generate a SQL qwery and then apply that, and then see if it makes a difference.

and the US client use the same SQL,so the problem is in the FR Client

I already do that,I update the item.sdata frequently

Well obviously you patch is corrupted then, if you are sure everything else is correct.

yes
