yeah, but how to fix
I've tried it this post but i don't fix

In sql manager, go to user management
Set the Shaiya user default language to English

It solved my probleme when using sql in french

It has been already asked more than 20times..
Set ur user defaut language to english like boul said and you should send us your usp_Insert_Action_Log_E proc we will take a look it can be the problem too

thanks but my problem was with the dll files i resolve this
