Player points become null

i have a problem with my server when players login there points become null any 1 no why ?

I would suggest looking at the tables / procedures linked to your PS_UserData in the database.

More specifically the Update_UserPoint SP

Do their points become null in the DB or just in the item mall? Are you using the so called CH-EP9 server? (is bugged)
