Services wont start

Hello epvpers i have question.Sql server installed,database attached,linked servers installed,login and password in server side same as in database,ip correct but when i try start services they're wont start.(In log i see same errors- failed connect to db, how to fix it?

What SQL Version do you use? Which Server Files do you use?
