• Open Skill.SData in Shaiya Studio
• Right click on the column header names
• Show All Columns
• Edit the AttackRange column

No, actually I think I understood it right. You probably happen to get lost in big tables, which is why you do your "development" using Shaiya Studio's UI, which doesn't offer a UI editor for skills.

I'm not saying using Shaiya Studio makes you a n00b, but it makes you a n00b if you fail to understand anything else other than Shaiya Studio.
