First of all, are you using an ep4.5 or an ep5 game.exe?

If you don't know just try to move the ip to 1 left char.

So it should looks like:

221.132.38.2...1
78.233.45.144...

Hmm, i had this problem before, use another game.exe, this game.exe just allow ip with 10 number. Or you can use another ip with 10 number too.
