The PS_GameLog logs only records of bosses which are instantiated by the Obelisk.ini, not the .svmap files. It is likely that Greendieta Seraphim is part of your .svmap file, not Obelisk.ini.

Just delete the Bosses from ur svmap and add them to ur Obelisk.ini, thats all
