First off Why Do you want to remove these,you need most of these to run your server. as long as only one MSSQL instance is running the shouldnt conflict with eachother. You need All of the Protocals for the MSSQL instance you are using enabled!

finding the offsets troubles me. All documentation i found was about 1bit sizes, afaik, even a bool in c# has 2 bytes.
