The significance of these teams?

[nubness]

/help	shows you all the commands
/quit /exit /shutdown	shuts the game process down
/allout	kicks all players
/uc	shows the amount of players online
/nt	sends a global notice (e.g. /nt Hi)
/setmaxuser	sets the maximum amount of users to be allowed on the game server
/kickun	Kick by username
/kickuid	Kick by UserUID
/kickcn	Kick by CharName
/kickcid	Kick by CharID
/nprotecton	prevents players to login if their game.exe's version is different than the ps_game.exe version
/nprotectoff	allows players to login even if their game.exe's version is different than the ps_game.exe version
/exp2xdisable	disables all exp bonuses
/exp2xenable	enables an exp multiplier

The number in the brackets after the command name is the amount of parameters it accepts. The command text and the parameters are separated only by a space.

Don't know what version of ps_game is it (EP5 skills works up to lvl9, HP is not bugged I think, it has the clock and invasion icon, item mall doesn't work at all), but since it's moleboxed (and TBH don't know how to unpack it) is useless to me so I didn't test too much.
