HELP - 3 Bugs.

My server is Episode 6
Outside the 3 bugs I'm facing now, the rest is all normal.
Before creating this topic I tried to do some things, which were:

For correction of Skill I used ShStudio, generated the SQL and executed in SQL Server, but when I choose the skill in the game, appears not able to leanr.

What should I do to fix the following bugs:

1 - Skill does not work: I saw what may be the game.exe with the Ps_game, what could be wrong.

2 - Choose Faction: when the user creates an account he can choose the faction, but deopis to create another account, the faction is chosen automatically.

3 - Level: the levels of char are coming automatically as the level chosen. easy lvl = lvl 15 = Normal 30 = hard = 60 and the last 90.
Ps. I want to always start at Level 1.

2. maybe is something to auto balance. i saw this on some servers.
3. this is the instant leveling script check this and undone the mod that you have in database

about the first point what you mean with skills that dont work?
