Auto notice (like grb)

Hello, I would like to know how to do auto notice like grb, I know the notice of grb is in the sysmsg-uni and I also kn the /notice 300 ""

But what ill like to know is how make a notice like the grb one.

hmm okay.. and u think someone know how make gear/weaps [20] when buy to npc or drop it? without enchant it.

You can add +100 absorption to the gears in the Item.SData and dbo.Items.

I can also point at your low level of intelligence by asking you why you need pre-enchanted gears and weapons on a free server. Why don't you just understand that everyone having [0] enchant is the same thing as everyone having [20] enchant, so why bother ?
