[Help] Disconnected with ERROR 0!

Oka. I have set up a EP4.5 local pserver running off my cpu. I messed around with it a bit and got it all working and everything. I did /nprotectoff, /vchkoff, even DL'd the original EP4.5 server. I put in a EP4.5 game.exe edited for local pservers... Go to run the game, log in, select toon, then get the all so famous "Connection with the server has been disconnected. ERROR 0" message. I have no clue what to do now. I have searched E*Pvpers for 3 days now and have still no clue. I un-installed everything and re-installed it multiple times. Thanx for your help...
