No it's a VS.2003 project (VS.2005 = vers. 9).
And it has absolutly *no* interest
- all is encoded in GB2312 and is not able to properly display UI even with installed resources (.txt is fine, not the menu)
- only able to open .txt file (what a challenge !!)
- slower than python scripts
- 1/10 (1/100 !!) of the services of the LPH's tool.
