[Help] Enchants???

Hey guys, I would like to customize enchants a tad bit more. Such as encreasing to [30] for everyone instead of doign in the db. I know there is ItemEnchant.ini but I changed that to 21 did all the required fields and no change in game can't enchant past 20 still. If anyone can post a little guide or just some friendly help that would be great! Thanks.

i think that part is controled some where in the ps_game exe or the game exe. the best one to ask about that would be lil pro.

You are not asking for a review but I will give mine: It's a bad idea.

With Sonov thresholds (the value hard coded in ps_game.exe) a level [20] give 311 pts of power attack.

at [30] you will reach 615 pts; to be clear it means having the same result than adding a Craft lapis with +240 Str.

if your purpose is to limit all fights (PvP and PvE) to a single one shoot [1] (so that each challenge lasts less than a second) you can more easily create a new skill with an AoE of 250 meters and a power of x10 or x50 the base power; but if you don't want to break the game ... [20] is certainly enough (or yet too much).

[1] Edit: expect for some boss, since the maximal possible damage is 30k, whatever the actual power attack.

for your strict question, yes the power increments as well as the limit are hard coded in ps_game.exe
