Ok, there could be multiple problems with this but I'm gonna start where I think you should look back on. Did you properly set up your MSSQL 2005 Express along with your Studio Express Management? If you think you are not sure, or unable to say "Yes, I know for a fact I did" check this link:
This link was around here somewhere on elitepvpers I just can't find it so I found it on YouTube (credits go to the person who made this)
This shows the "correct & Proper" way to set up your SQL. After setting this all up make sure that you are able to physically open your SQL and log in. If you can't then you did something wrong. If you can, you are going to have to go into your SQL Server Configuration Manager (under Protocols) and make sure that your TCP/IP & Named Pipes are all enabled. There are 4 protocols there and should all be enabled. You also have to go into your TCP/IP properties (click IP address tab) and make sure the IP is set to "127.0.0.1" Port should be "1433" and it should be set to "Active/Enabled"
Because without the SQL you won't be able to load in the database. Even though the SPC (Server Patch Config) will come up, there is no actual databases for it to read so it will not work. Once you get a "successful" restore from the Install_bat you can continue with ZeroSignal's tutorial:
There might be something else I may be missing, but I'm sure someone else will pitch in some input.
