ok so i have this problem
this is what happens when i change this files to change the logo

now i have change these 2 files

Did you change the size of the original or the format?

nop just wiped it and put my stuff iin it

I think we are supposed to preserve the size of the images. Try opening the old one fill it with white colour and put in your design.

Sorry I misunderstood you then.
I just edit my shaiyalogo01_new and it showed perfectly as edited ingame. Maybe you have saved in the wrong format. Also the image must not be encrypted even though LPHs tool asks you.

From what I can tell, the alpha channel wasn't changed.
Open these up in photoshop and take a look at the channels; turn off RGB and look at the one labelled Alpha. It should resemble the shape of the original logo.

It's an easy fix though. Just erase the pre-existing white on the alpha and replace it with the shape of your new logo, then re-import it to the saf
