Shaiya Private Server:NEED HELP

Hello Everyone,
I tryed download files on other Topics and tryed to make a private server...but i cant.I want to ask to someone who have already made his/her Private Server to put here link of FULL files.
Because I tryed other topic files and it didn't work.

So I would be very grateful if someone put 100% complete files.
Then I go and try make server folowing everything what is there.
