running as a admin
did you install it as admin
what OS are you using it on
are you using a proxy?
if yes does it have privliges?

OS doesn't affect any other client it doesn't do any harm.If you are replying to Bane then he means version of "Operating System" not the official server of Shaiya.

Our webhost has a few problems with a select number of countries. It should be solved quickly now, already contacted them a few times. Made a threadletter xD. Hope this problem is fully solved once the webhost transfer is complete.

i use windows 7 ultimate 32bit

i could play the whole day today....but now the same problem
i dont know why, i didnt done anything else

Shade told me to ping google and open shaiya nemesis at the same time...and it works, but now...the same thing done...its not working.

i turned off the modem and router over night and today in the morning it worked.
but this cannot be the problem, because i turned it off several times after the game and the hp havent worked.

the problem seems like shaiya nemesis is not getting connections to the internet, because the message is like the same if i turn off the internet.

idk...maybe is it because of my friend is using my internet too?

It's the same message because you have no connection =___="
and no that means that your internet's company can't connect to the location of the source of Shaiya Nemesis.I think that means Nemesis is not world wide

Nemesis is world wide, and once connected there is no problem. Our website is our main problem at the moment, they are not fully integrated yet in all main DNS servers, thats why i advice people to use custom DNS servers.
