here are guides for making an ep4 server but also guides to update to an ep5 server, you can try to use the search function and you should find something

ugh...dont make a ep5 server...the gear becomes rare and people just get bored quick...
personally just working on updating what you already have going. add bosses or change up drops, stir things up a bit...

but for the amount of people looking for a stable ep4 server...you will lose out if you ep5
