Need creators/GM's

Me and a friend have recently decided that we would like to start our own pserver but haven't any experience in GM/Admin...thus I am here asking that if we sponsor the server if any experienced Admin/Gm would like to assist us.

I voluenteer for in-game events, clearing hackers, big talkers etc. but my knowledge in programming is weak. I also know what is popular with players and how to attract them.

well...i would say i have some knowledge in private servers, but i will also say that i am a free agent that helps anyone. I'm not looking to stick to just one server. I can probably help you with most things in regards of getting the server up and running and stuff like that. But do know that i will help others too. @Exialus most of them here are players without knowledge so please try to find a good person who have a big knowledge from shaiya and are very helpful. At the moment i am GM on an very good private server with much players and alot fun, if you need any help feel free to contact me here.
(just want you to start a good pserver, not a server which messes up in the first 1-2 weeks)
