You will have some issues with the ram, as well as the hard drive space. And I would never recommend a single core processor. Not to mention the price is insane for what they give.
i would not go for dedicated servers, at least till u are sure u can afford them... Well no one what to pay 100+$ a month for dedi if u have 10-20 players that would be plain stupid and waste of money...
i say spend time on google and find good VPS host that is not expensive....you can always upgrade later when u get more players......
