Ok,ok. I know this sounds crazy! But, there are some WoW and other games private servers where there's like 3 or 2 servers to choose from and 1 is all GM and it would be awesome if someone knows a Shaiya private server like this or makes one cuz i'm to newbish*lazy*to make one.

heh lol if all players are GM there will be some players who will mess up the server ..

No, Holy if u don't give them the real GM mode. You can change it so they can't make item/create mob/create npc they can only use: map move code and some others

I thought of this but there are some fatal flaws, kicking, banning, stopping, chatbanning, server killing, and no donations.

I don't see any purpose in letting everyone be a GM, just think about all the lag you'll get if
everyone decided to spawn mobs. lol
