Yeh for instance, Pandora had to deal with Virus (Whom they booted because of temper tantrums), I've had to deal with a few unnamed people and i'm sure others have too.

I think I would be appropriate GM/GS because:

-I've played Shaiya for 2,6 years +
-I've played many Shaiya private servers
-I know what players like/want
-I speak English very well
-I do not favourite people
-I know what kind of stuff attracts people
-I know how to run events and appropriate rewards for them

And the minuses:

-I only know GM commands, not so much about programming

sorry if i'm bumping bt yes every server had/has some "bad" gm's and finding people with knowledge isn't that easy :/ most of them just know gm commands , and what do u have on that ? anyone can learn the ingame commands quickly also no offence but beeing gm on 4 servers that doesn't sound to good i'm gm on 1 server and i'm gm there for over 8 months , be carefull who you pick

Forgive me for adding to the necro, but I am curious as to why so many people think it's easy to run your own pserver. I am just one admin on a team of five and it's a substantial amount of work on all our parts. I'd say easily a part-time job.

@skiller, I agree with you. Many know the GM commands. From my experience thus far having communication and management skills are the more important ones to have. Building communities can't be done /get 200friends.

I said GS too xP And yeah u wanna know why I looked for a hacker? Because someone duped then scammed me and my friend and told GMs we did so we both got banned.
