Stat and Skill resets

I'm stuck here, everytime I use a stat or skill reset it does not give me the correct number of stats/skills back. Anyone have a solution to this?

remember that you should get for example if your level 60 you'll only get enough points for 59 levels since you don't get points for level 1

nope even not including level 1 it doesn't give the correct amount

I have a similar error my server assigns higher points per level for HM and UM but the stat reset stone only gives me the original 7 and 9 points

that should already tell you that the stat resets searches a different address for the number to divide by.

Try this, open up ps_game in CE, restat your char, but don't distribute the points. now in CE select 2 bytes as Value type, search for the statpoints you have. distribute and repeat to narrow down the address's

once you find it, add to list, right click and select, "Find out what writes to this address".

now go back and use stat reset again. you'll get the address your looking for.

show in disassembler, and scroll up, you'll soon see the values that need changing.

I have gotten that far and that is where I get stuck. When I change it i'm not sure what to change it to. How do I get it to give the correct amount of stat/skill for x amount of levels?
