Manual account creation?

hi, i just got my shaiya private server up.
i have the admin account, but how do i manually create new accounts by editing the DB?

please answer these questions if you can:

- what table do i edit to add a new account?

- how can i change the new account from a regular user to admin?

- how can i change the new account from an admin to regular user?

1) you have to edit both User.master and OMG_gameweb_Data

2) to set account to admin set in User data Admin = true and set level as 255

3) same as step 2 apart from set it to false and 0

ok i made an account, but it still has GM powers (and the blue name).
here are the settings for that account in the "dbo.GameAccountTBL":

UserUID: 2
GameAccount: username2
OneTimePassword: password123
OTPExpireDate: 6/15/2030 8:04:18 PM (same as the admin account)
DelCharPWD: ff (same as the admin account)
CreateDate: 6/18/2010 11:58:00 AM

and here are the settings in "dbo.Users_Master":

RowID: 12
UserUID: 2
UserID: username2
Pw: password123
JoinDate: 6/18/2010 11:58:00 AM
Admin: False
AdminLevel: 0
UseQueue: False (same as admin account)
Status: 16 (same as admin account)
Leave: 0 (same as admin account)

UserType: N (i didnt know what to put here, wouldnt let me leave it as NULL)

(the rest is NULL except for "Point", which i set to 100,000)

could you please specify what i need to change to make it a non-admin account?

set the status on the dbo.user_master to 0

actually i think setting at 0 comes up with the error invalid username/password. Ive set mine at 4 and its working fine. For GM's i set it to 16.

Status=0 is reserved for regular users. Status=4 bans you from website. Status=16 is for GM with full powers.

Set:
Admin=0
AdminLevel=0
UseQueue=0
Status=0
