[Question] About server set up

It says in the EP 4 thread to set the IP All to dynamic ports 0 and then restart the server to make sure the changes are made. When I restart the server, and go back to check that the settings are the same, the IP All dynamic port changes to something random (Like 1574, 1638 etc...)

Is this normal?


P.S.; I know dynamic things mean they are changing, but I'm not sure about this, so I need someone to answer quickly.
