[Help] Gear 65+ droprate explain

Hello.
I can't understand how working drop for gears 65+.
As I remember in ep5+ added gears 60+ levels. I have common DB from ep5 (vanilla, not custom private server), request
SELECT Grade, *
FROM PS_gamedefs.dbo.Items
where Reqlevel = 69
return me for example item with ItemName = 'Ferox Protector' with grade = 1172.

When i tried to get mobs which drops this grade, i got nothing
SELECT *
FROM PS_GameDefs.dbo.MobItems
where grade = 1172

I tried to find this grade in SequenceItemCreate and its not contains in this .ini.

When i playing vanilla Shaiya i remember thats gears 65+ drops in Palaion Regnum on mobs with level 65+, but it's not contains in DB and world drops.

And one more question:
In world drop (which configured by SequenceItemCreate.ini file) i have for example -

how I can understand which level of mobs dropped this grade/sequence ? As I understood world drops has any rules about level of mobs which can drop some items (For example Legendary Apsaras with ItemId = 58090 can't drop from mobs with level less than 20 and more than 30)
