Just little problem.

SETUP US CLIENT FOR SERVER:
Open up the game.exe client in a hex editor, use find and enter "72.55.177.194". When it's found change it to your Login Server IP Address. Make sure all bytes are preserved (insert over), fill with null bytes. I recommend using HxD (free) or Hex Workshop.
Create shortcut with arguments added to end of Target "start game

I am open the game.exe with Hex Workshop and find 72.55.177.194 but didn't find any of them . I saw a lot IP of Chinese , Vietnamese , Korean , French ........ ........ It made my eyes hurts .


My question : Can someone show me where i should put my IP Address in Hex Workshop? Really need help , this is last step to open my sever . Spend like 3 days to learn it :P

NOTE : Game.exe in my shaiya US folder isn't have 72.55.177.194. I download another game.exe from this website and found this IP and change it and then replace it to shaiya US folder but got that problem

How strange. It should work just fine now. You can change all the IP's to your local one. I did that when I didn't know which one it was. Works fine, just make a backup copy before you do that.

yes, i guess u fail at setting the 0 bytes and the ip at the correct place.
that gave me the same error u have.

just keep on trying. and another hint, if u dont get an answer as quik as u like, be a bit patient instead of highjackin someone else thread

UPDATE : i tried to change every IPs address in US client game.exe to 127.0.0.1 but isn't working.. It still run to US shaiya sever. But when i change the IP .174.142.118.105.210.242.235.66 i cant go to US sever. I open game.exe (KingDom) and saw them change it. I follow them to change like them. I changed to 127.0.0.1..210.242.235.66 but still got same problem

If you are using a version of Shaiya that has been uprgraded to EP4.5 the IP is different because they moved servers. So it is the one it normally is. Unfortunately im not quite sure which one it is either >_<
