If you're talking about the bad moment when you die without a rune, try /getitem 100 44 and click whatever option you're given, I think it'll resurrect you.

You do indeed have to be a GM in the server database to use any of these commands.

These commands are for people with 'administrative rights' only, and if you're actually a GM on a server, it should be easy for you to get yourself a full lists of mobs/items ID from your server's DB (or ask the server ADM to give you one). It takes 2 minutes to export them to an excel sheet.

And no, it doesn't matter if you have a [GM] on your nick, your nick could be 'Peter' and still have administrative rights.
