So.... you just replace the DB with the ones we got from Prof Nero? ...

What exactly did you do other than merge the setup with the current EP4 files?

these are the chinese server files i translated them. they are the full shaiya 5.0 files. i had to use the PS_login.exe from the other EP4 server and edit some Stored Procedures to allow log in. But the server manager as you will see is the full one with support for the linked battle or pvp zone!! that i know of everything works but i have just tested it on my pc. but this server has the item mall fix already done and has the created guilds table in PS_userdata like i should be. i hope everything works like it should let me know if something is wrong

Make Sure you are using the US client and it must be the latest one so update shaiya all the way b4 you try to connect to the server

As far as the ep5 armor you must have a client with the textures in it. but all you have to do is edit the database to add them once you have the client.... i run a EP5 client on my server and it works fine

Where is EP5 client available though? US Shaiya does not yet have it.

i think the gamewar has to run through another server and thats why it doesnt work

find a p-server and use there client like kingdom of shaiya and just edit it to work with your server

Kingdom of Shaiya is EP4 server with EP5 content.

thanks, i try, but what need to change in DB to way got new models for armor 58lvl i think? or maybe new armor are has new level and new TypeID? Thanks for attention

ok i want to confirm, this is working with SQL 2005 Express, win xp SP3, Latest US Client.
Still need to check items and stuff ingame

shinru you might want to take a look at the install.bat and restoredb.bat

these arent working properly (had to use the one from ep3 to succesfully restore the db`s)

did u remove all before installing or install on previous?
