WTB EP 6 files

I want to buy really working ep 6 files with pets. Not you have to just fix this and this and a lot of stuff. i want a working ep 6 server files and db please. some have to have something that actually work right?

I would love something that works with sql 2012 if possible. I payed for 2012 so it would be great to actually use it :-)
