[Help] Shaiya Private Server

Hey, not sure on how to post this, but ive prowled these forums for days for answers so here goes. I have a problem with my private server I am only trying to run it locally right now however I am unable to log into an admin account. I am not entirely sure how to edit the dbo.Users_Master; when i right click it

I have an account in the DB. Any help or directions would be great. Im not sure what logs to show, but if you do id be happy to post them or anything else needed. Thanks in advance.
