Error Iconos dobles/Error Double Icons

buenos dias, nuevamente pido de su ayuda, como sabran estoy empesando en esto de los server shaiya.
tengo un problema con los iconos de las armas y los set, salen dobles, serian tan amables en decirme donde radica el problema o pasarme alguna guia para solucionarlo porfavor ... les dejo una foto... desde ya muchas gracias.
