1- Repeating 40 or 50 times the same error is definitively useless (bis).

2- the "COLUMN TO ADD" is the one present in your SQL statement and not present in the table structure, which is obtained w/o difficulty with:
select * from INFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNS where TABLE_NAME='dbo.Monster';
or sp_help 'dbo.Monster'; or sp_columns 'dbo.Monster'; ...
