Hi ! This is called "Skill Delay" if i understand it good...

There is a free release in ElitePvP if you

you should hook it to your Game.exe and the problem will be solved other wise there is a problem to your game.exe

but note as i have test this method works only in EP 6+ game.exe ( correct me if i'm wrong )
