I want to learn to modify or create new maps as well as also costumes, wings and pets ... What programs can I use to do something about this? Thanks for the help in advance

Honestly, just use the EPvPers search engine. Its very simple to find a bunch of threads pertaining to what your looking for. Just put in Shaiya Pets, Shaiya Costumes, Shaiya Wings, and what not. There are tutorials on almost everything. Just because i'm generous enough, I'll put the links to the threads that may be of use to you.
