Data.sah as I understood the encrypted.
btw first of all wrong section but 2nd that client data's is being encrypted so you cant open it from any shaiya tool maybe if you know how to find the encrypt pocket for that client then decrypt and unpacked so you can extract the whole client

Aight get a full version of winhex.
Open ur dekaron.exe with winhex
"Use in-placemode"
Press ctrl+f
In the box type "data/data.pak
And hit search
Now change it to w/e u want
