Why did this section become the new "Private Server Advertisement"?

It won't be long before servers start announcing their daily Monster Madnesses in here.

Announcing something big is fine, although it can be announced in the servers advertisement topic as well, but considering that only 1 out of the 3 event topics are by the rules is a bit worrying.

About Shaiya Legacy:
We made a RP Thread, where we'll post all about our big RP Events linked to our Server Opening. We already have an Non-RP Advertisement Thread, and we just don't want to bump it for free.

That does not justify it. Advertisements should go into the appropriate section.

As wise people say: "This is why we can't have nice things."

What I'm saying is that even the "correct topic" turned into a simple advertisement.

So then none of the topics are proper at that point. And should all be removed, Or just let us use all the pages in the sub forum as Shaiya section is rather dead anyways, So at least it will be a little more active.

Invasion announced an over 1 month long event and just that. They did not post their whole portfolio and past events.
According to topic replies, which I know you cannot do anything about, people are just bumping and begging people to join the server. That is an advertisement.

Someone is jealous, seems like you are not getting any (not just likes).

Accept that you (and all others except Invasion) were wrong and cannot read or understand the rules.
People that admit their mistakes are only half wrong.

This is going way too offtopic, simply because you have no arguments to back your mistake up. If anyone brought nonsense up, then it was you. Let me explain:

Yes, Invasion did add Server Features in addition to their event promotion. The topic title and content are about the event.

Other topics however are not, taking yours as an example. "Spectral Shaiya Custom PvP Server", where is the event in this topic title?
"We Want To Inform Everyone About Some Things Spectral Shaiya Has To Offer", again no event.
"Has Been In The Game For A While Now", this is supposed to be for new upcoming events.
What your topic is about is presenting your server and features mainly, with a small event calender picture attached at the bottom of the post.

There is no witch hunting, I am just defending common sense, which you are lacking or are too proud to admit. Your topic has nothing to do with events and just because the subforum is dead and some others did not post proper topics either does not justify you posting one as well and defending your wrong stance.
